paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, it any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises hereingranted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party” shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

ALi, that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the
buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and
being at Mattituck, in the Town of Southhold, Suffolk County, .New
York., hounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING of a concrete monument set on the Westerly line of
Deep Hole Drive at the southeasterly corner of land conveyed by
the parties of the first part of the parties ofthe second part
by deed dated August 30, 1949 and recorded in Suffolk County
C7.erk's office on September l:7, 1949, in liber 2989 page 298; and
running thence along said westerly line of Deep .Hole Drive, S. 2-
40' 401, w. - 3.0 feet; thence still continuing along said
westerly line of Deep Hole Drive on a curve to the left, said
curve having aradius of 330.0 feet, adistance on said curve of
38.30 feet to a. concrete monument and land of Mathias. Brew;
thence alone; said land of Mathias Brew, S. 840c 52' 10" W. - 260
feet, more or less, to .the ordinary high water mark of Deep Hole
(-reek; thence northerly along. said ordinary high water mark of
Deep Hole Creek, 60 feet, more or less; thence along..said land
conveyed to the parties of the first part to the parties of the
second Dart., N. 89- 21' 30" 'E. - 260 feet, more or less, to the
point of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the

Drive, adjacent to said prdmises. -
TOGETHER with allright., title and interest of the parties

23 on Map of farm owned by the Estate of Henry R, Gildersleeve, -
situate at Mattituck, Suffolk County, New York,. outline surveyed
- September 5, 1934 by Otto W.:' Van Tuyl, Licensed Surveyor,
Greenport, NY.
SUBJECT to the following covenants and restrictions:
1. That the purchasers shall not erect or. permit to be.
erected on any lotany buildings except one detached
dwelling house for one family and one garage for
private use for said dwelling.
2. That no dwelling erected thereon shall cost less than
.$3000.00.
3. That no part of any building or cesspool on any lot
shall be more than 150 feet from said Deep Hole Drive
