RUNNING THENCE southeasterly along said high water mark and along a
tie line south 54°, 521 , 40" east a distance of 111 . 66 feet to a
point;
RUNNING THENCE south 55°, 011 , 00" west 336 feet to a monument set
at the easterly side of Kerwin Boulevard;
RUNNING THENCE along the easterlg side of Kerwin Boulevard in a
northwesterly direction north 34 , 59 ' , 00" west 105.00 feet to a
monument set at the point or place of beginning.
THE GRANTORS herein are the same parties and the premises herein
is the same premises as described in Deed dated July 30, 1974,
and recorded August 12 , 1974 in Liber 7692, Page 482.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the partyyof the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines the f; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party o[ the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as atoreaa d.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to he applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and wilt apply
