WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other lawful
consideration, lawful money of the United States, paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and
release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part
forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or pamel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being at Arshamomoque, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York~
being known and designated as Lots Numbered 6 and 7 as shown, on a certain map entitled, "Amended Map A,
Peconic Bay Estates", and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 19, 1933 as Map No. 1124.
The grantor herein is the same person and the grantee in Deed dated 11/7/87 and recorded 12/12/87 in
Liber 10481 Page 592.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to
said premises,
TO HA VE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part, covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fundto be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will
apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same
for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.

shown on a certain map entitled, "Amended Nap A, Peconic Bay Estates", and filed in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on Nay 19, 1933 as iVlap No. 1124; said lots when taken together are bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a Monument on the Northerly side of Bay Shore Road distant Easterly 662.43 feet from the
corner formed by the intersection of the Easterly side of Kerwin Boulevard and the Northerly side of Bay Shore
Road;
RUNNING THENCE North 10 degrees 06 minutes 00 seconds West, 228.20 feet to Pipes Creek;
THENCE along the edge of the bog of Pipes Creek the following two (2) tie lines courses and distances:
1. South 87 degrees 43 minutes 48 seconds East, 71.02 feet; and
2. North 80 degrees 05 minutes 04 seconds East, 30.63 feet;
THENCE South 10 degrees 06 minutes 00 seconds East, 212.89 feet to the Northerly side of Bay Shore Road;
THENCE South 79 degrees 54 minutes 00 seconds West along the northerly side of Bay Shore Road, 100.00
