BEING AND INTENDED TO BE THE SAME PREMISES AS CONVEYED TO THE GRANTORS HEREIN
BY DEED DATED SEPTEMBER 10, 1990 AND RECORDED IN THE SUFFOLK COUNTY CLERK'S
OFFICE ON SEPTEMBER 11, 1990 IN LIBER 11134 PAGE 491.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the
estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises
herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part
forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything

thereon erected, situate, lying and being at Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a poim on the southerly line of Linnet Street, 400.00 feet westerly from the
westerly line of Seventh Street and being the northeasterly comer of lot 65 as shown on Map of
Greenport Driving Park filed in Suffolk County Clerk's Office as Map No. 369; running thence
along said line of Linnet Street, South 82 degrees 46 minutes 10 seconds East 87.0 feet; thence
through lot 63 shown on said map south 6 degrees 53 minutes 30 seconds west 112.59 feet to lot
20 of said map; thence along said lot 20 and lot 18 north 82 degrees 45 minutes 20 seconds west,
87.0 feet to lot 65 on said map; thence along lot 65 north 6 degrees 53 minutes 30 seconds east
112.57 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first part herein by
