in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 15231 of mortgages at Page 181, on the

in pursuance of a Judgment entered at a Special Term of the Supreme Court under
Index No. 00-32061, on the 17t~ day of December, 2001, and in consideration of the
sum of EIGHTY-SIX THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIFTY-SEVEN and 47/100
($86,357.47) DOLLARS, paid by the party of the second part, being the highest sum
bid at the sale under such Judgment, does hereby grant and Convey unto the party of
the second part, JOHN D1 NIZIO, JR., and assigns, the premises described in
Schedule "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
SUBJECT to all unpaid taxes, assessments and water rates which are now a lien
on the premises.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises described in Schedule "A" and
hereby conveyed unto the said party of the second part, JOHN DI NIZIO, JR., and
assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party 0fthe first part has hereunto set his
