WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars paid by the party of the second
part, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the near the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, being part of Lots No. 7 and 8 on a certain map entitled, "Plan
of South Buel Corwin Estates, Greenport, Suffolk County, New York, as laid out in
Lots in 1882, Re-surveyed in June 1904 for Referee's Sale July 2, 1904, C.H. Bateman
Engineer, and surveyor, Shelter Island, New York and now or hereafter to be filed
in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County", and filed in said Clerk's Office as Map
Numbered 353 and 548. Said part of Lots being more particularly bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the southeasterly corner of Tax Lot 5.1 in District 1000,

(� V� and distances from the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of Front
Street and the easterly side of 9th Street: 1) North 89 degrees 33 minutes 30 seconds
J east, along the southerly side of Front Street, 161.75 feet to the easterly line of said

corner of said lot 5.1 feet, the true point or place of beginning; RUNNING THENCE
from said point of beginning, south 0 degrees 25 minutes 10 seconds west, 13.20 feet;
U THENCE south 89 degrees 33 minutes 30 seconds west, 33.00 feet; THENCE north
0 degrees 25 minutes 10 seconds east, 13.20 feet; THENCE north 89 degrees 33 minutes
30 seconds east, 33.00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all rights, title and interest in and to any gores or strips of land
between the southerly lines of above described premises and the premises adjacent
to the south.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, hereby covenants that the party
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year first above
written.
