party of the first part,and ROBERT N. HARVEY and PAULA HARVEY, his wife, both

SEC. and Roselene C. Chapman as fixed and determined by a certain boundary line agree-
ment, dated July 2, 1954 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber
�Q 3722 of deeds at page 344; running thence along the northerly line of lands of Chapman
OO North 82 degrees 53 minutes 20 seconds West 49. 83 feet to lands of Pirillo; running

Wiggins Street; thence easterly along the southerly line of Wiggins Street 50 feet
more or less to the intersection of the southerly line of Wiggins Street and the westerly
/ ine of Seventh Street; thence southerly along the westerly line of Seventh Street 65. 84
feet to the point or place of beginning.
LOT BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Mary F. McGayhey to
Joseph L. Picard and Agnes Picard, his wife, parties of the first part herein, by
deed dated October 15, 1954 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
ctober 18, 1954 in Liber 3775 of deeds at page 579.
