release onto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and a~igns ofthe party ofthe
second part forever,
.4LL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Sonthold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, bounded end described as follows;
BEGINNING at a point formed by the intersection of the easterly line of Main Street with the
northerly line of land formerly of Melrose L Booth (now or formerly of J.L. Card);
RUNNING THENCE in a northerly direction, North 16 degrees 04 minutes 30 seconds East
along the easterly line of Main Street, a distance of 80.00 feet to lend formerly of Milovicic'-
THENCE in an easterly direction, South 74 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds East along said
land formerly of Miiovcic, 322.12 feet to land of Union Free School District No. 5;
THENCE in a southerly direction, South 10 degrees 27 minutes 20 seconds Wesl along --',id
land of Union Free School District No. 5, 80.26 feet to said land now or formerly of J.L. Card;
THENCE in a westerly direction, North 74 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds Wesl along said
land now or formerly of Card, 330.00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
Being and Intended to be part of the same premises conveyed to the party ofthe first part
by deed dated 8/29/85 and recorded on 9/5/85, in Liber 9866, Page 320 and by deed dated
7/20/97 recorded on 7/29/97in Liber 11843, page 382.
TOGETHER with all right, title and inte~ if any. of the party of the lust pan in and to spy
s~'eets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the astute and rights of the puny ofthe first pen
in and to said premises,
TO HA YEA/VD TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of thc second pan, the
heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second pan forever.

suffered anything whereby the said premises have been encumbemJ in any way whatever, except
as aforesaid.

that the party ofthe first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the
right to receive such consklemtion as n trust fund to be applied first for the purpose ofpaying the

improvement before using uny part ofthe total of the same for any other purpose.
The word 'party" shall be construed as if it mad "panics' whenever the sense of this
indenture so requires.
