The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires. Ban:on Hill and Adelaide H. Hill, at the southwesterly comer of land conveyed by L. Barron Hill and Adelaide H. Hill to Frederick C. Koke and Jean M. Koke by deed dated May 14, 1949, and recorded in Liber 2952 of deeds at page 17; and RUNNING THENCE along said northerly line of said right of way, North 74 degrees 21 minutes 20 seconds West, 50 feet to a concrete monument; THENCE at fight angles to said northerly line of said fight of way and along land conveyed or about to be conveyed by L. Barton Hill and Adelaide H. Hill to Alexander W. Koke and wife, North 15 degrees 38 minutes 40 seconds East, 190 feet, more or less, to ordinary high water mark of Town Creek; THENCE easterly along said ordinary high water mark of Town Creek to a point 50 feet easterly from the last described line, measured at right ah~gles thereto; THENCE along said land of land now or formerly of Frederick C. Koke and Jean M. Koke and parallel to the westerly line of the premises herein described, South 15 degrees 38 minutes 40 seconds West, 185 feet, more or less, to the point of BEGINNING. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the parties of the first part in and to Town Creek abutting the premises. ALSO with a right of way over said 16.5 foot right of way from the southerly end of Youngs Avenue to the southeasterly comer of the premises hereinabove described. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantor herein by Deed dated 5/14/49 made by L. Ban:on Hill and Adelaide H. Hill, his wife, to Frederick C. Koke and Jean M. Koke, his wife, which deed was recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on 5/23/49 in Liber 2952 page 17 and premises conveyed to the grantor herein by Deed dated 5/27/50 made by L. Barron Hill and Adelaide H. Hill, his wife, to Frederick C. Koke and Jean M. Koke, his wife, which deed was recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on 6/13/50 in Liber 3088 page 49.
