R. MALONE, LLC a New York Limited Liability Company, having offices at
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the pady of the first part, in consideration of TEN and 00/100
($10.00) dollars, and other good and valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second part does hereby grant and mleeae unto the party of the second

consents to the conveyance herein and confirms that
at the date of this conveyance, Malone Trust A is in
full force and effect and Robert G. MaZone is the
Trustee of the truer with authority to execute this
conveyance.
TOGETHER with all right, UUe and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in end to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;, TOGETHER wilh the appurte~ance~ and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises
herein gmoted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successom and assigns of the party of the second
~srt fo~ver.
AND the part~ of the first part in compliance with 8ectio~ 13 of lhe Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first
~art will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideraUo~ as a
trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first
to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
purpose. The word 'party' shall be construed as if it rsed 'parties' when ever the sense of this indenture se
requires.

of the first part and another, the location of said right ofway to be determined by thc owner

property immediately adjacent to the West, now of Robert Malone and Lcthia Malone, being
conveyed to Robert Malone. the location ofsaid right of way to be dctermined by the party of
the second part herein, to be connected to the fight of way over Lot 4 described above.
Being and intended to be the same premises in which an undivided one.half interest was
conveyed to thc puny ofthe first part by deed dated Mm'ch 31. 2004 and recorded in the
office ofthc Suffolk County Clerk on June 17, 2004 in Liber 12325, page 511.

filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on March 30, 1954 as Map #2180; said premises
being bounded on the Fast by Kenney's Road a distance of 50 feet; on thc South by Lot
Numbered 3 on said map a distance of 153.69 fi:el: oi~ the West by land of Robert Malone.
individually and as Trustee of Malone Trust A, a distance of 50 feel, and on the Noah by the
southerly line of the northerly one-third of said Lot Numbered 4.
