follows: Northerly by Sound View Avenue, Easterly by land now or formerly of the Estate of Charles Core%,
Southerly by o~her land of Letifla Malone and Robert G. Malone; and Westerly by land now or formerly of the Estate
of William A. Williams. Containing approximately four (4) acres.
Togeifmr with all rights of way of record to and from said premises end subject fo any rights of way of record over
said premises.
BEING AND INTENDED fo be Parcel IV of the premises conveyed to the parties by deed dated January 8, 1983 encl
recorded May 6, 1983 in Liber 935 cp 05.
TOGETHER with all dght, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting
the above desc~il~d premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD thd premises herein granted
unto the party of the second part, the heim or successers end assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the
said promises have beert encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part. in compiiance with Section 13 of the Lion Law, covenants that the party of the first part
will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the dght to receive such consideration as s trust fund
to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the Same first to the payment
of the cost of the improvement before using any part et the total of the same for any other purpose. The word 'party'
shall be construed as if it read 'parties' whenever the sense of this indenture se requires.
