ROBERT G. MALONE, residing at 745 Horton's Lane, Southold. New York 11971, party of the second
part,
WITNE88ETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten and O0/lO0--($10.O0)--dollars, and other good
and valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, her undivided one-half
interest in
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, wit~ the buildings and improvements thereon erGo. Zed. situate, lying and
being at Southoid. in the Town of Southold, County o~ Suffolk and State of New York. bounded and described as
follows:

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any. of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abu~ng
the above described premises to the center tines thereof;, TOGETHER with the appurtenanco~ and all the estate and
fights of the party of the first part In and to said p~emises.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the flint part has not done or suffered anything whereby the
said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the pace/of the first part
will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will held the ~ght to receive such consideration as a ~ust fund
to be applied flint for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the ~ame first to the payment
of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same tot any other purpose. The word 'party'
shall be construed as if it read 'parties' whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

SCHEDULE A
Northerly by land formerly of Williams, now of Nolan;
Easterly by land now or formerly of Robert Malone and Letitia Malone, the interest of
Letitia Malone being conveyed to Robert Malone as Trustee of Malone Trust A;
Southerly by land formerly of Conway, now of Hogan; and
Westerly by land formerly of Beylery, now of Bocdo and Ovslanik, Containing five
(5) acres, more or less.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part
as Parcel III on the deed dated.lanuary 8, 1983 and recorded in the off~e of the
Suffolk County Oerk on May 6, 1983 in Uber 9355, page 5.
Together with a right of way 30 feet in width to Kenney's Road, for ingress and
egress and utilities over the adjoining premises to the East of Robert Malone,
individually and as Trustee of Malone Trust A, (SCTM #1000-59-7-25) and then over
Lot 4, Map of Subdivision of Kennewoed, Map No. 2[80, owned by the parties
hereto, the location of said right of way to be determined by the owners of the
respective parcels over which said right of way passes.
