consideration paid by thc party of the second part, does hereby grant and relcase unto the party
of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of thc party of the second part forever, a

erected, situate, lying and being at Suuthold. in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, known and designated as Lot Numbe~d 3 on survey map entitled "Map of
Subdivision known as Kennewood" made by Otto W. Van Tuyl & Son, Licensed Land
Surveyors, dated January 9, 1954, and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on March 20,
1954, as Map t/2180.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE 'the same pre~..conveyed to the party of the first part by
deed dated April 1, 1959, and recorded on April 6, 1959, in the Ofl'~e of the Suffolk County
Clerk in Liber 4607, Page 496.
TOGETHER with .all right, title and in. terest, if any, of thc party of Ihe first part in and to any
streets and roads abutting the above de~eribed premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER
with the appurtenances and all the estate and fights of the party of the first part in and to said
premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises hen:in granted unto the party orthe second
part, the heirs or successors and assigns oftbe party of the second pa~ forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the firsl purl has not doric or suffered
anything whereby the said premises hevc been encumbered in any Why wlmtcver, except as
aforesaid.
AND tbe'p~rly' of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that
the par~y of thc first part will receive the .consideration for this conveyance and will hold the
right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for thc purpose ofpaying thc
cost of the improvement and will apply thc same first to thc payment of thc cost of thc
improvement before using any pail of the total of the same for any other purpose.
