SCHULTHEIS, SR. , residing at Bayberry Road, Cutchogue, Nassau Point, NY 11935 as executor of the last will and testament of ELSIE AUERBACHER, late of Bayberry Road, Cutchogue, deceased, party of the first part, and CARL H. SCHULTHEIS, SR. and CARL H. SCHULTHEIS, SR. as Trustee for CARL H. Y. " surveyed June 28, 1922, by Otto Van Tuyl, C.E. and Surveyor, Greenport, New York and filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County, N. Y. August 16, 1922, File No. 156 . Being and intended to be the same parcel conveyed by deed dated August 6, 1991 and recorded in the Office of the County Clerk on January 24, 1992 in Liber 11406 at page 410 . TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances, and also all the estate which the said decedent had at the time of decedent ' s death in such premises, and also the estate therein, which the party of the first part has or has power to convey or dispose of, whether individually, or by virtue of said will or otherwise; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
