WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration ofTen Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the
party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns
of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Third Street 391.55 feet northerly along said line from the northerly
side of North Street; said point being the southeasterly corner of the premises herein described and the northeasterly
corner of land now or formerly of Commissioner of Welfare;
RUN NING THENCE along said land now or formerly of Commissioner of Welfare, south 83 degrees 1~, minutes 50
seconds west 11'L55 feet to land of Village of Greenport Housing Authority;
THENCE along said land of Village of Greenport Housing Authority the following 2 courses and distances:
1. North 2 degrees 3 minutes 10 seconds west 59.22 feet;
2. North 87 degrees 56 minutes 50 seconds east 110.00 feet to said westerly side of Third Street;
THENCE along said westerly side of Third Street, south 6 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds east 50.00 feet to the point
or place of BEGINNING.
BEING and intended to be the same parcel acquired by deed dated 3/23/05, recorded by the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on
5/12/05 in Liber 12386 cp. 886.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above
described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in
and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AN D the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said premises
have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AN D the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Uen Eaw; covenants that the party of the first part wdl receive
the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the dght to receive such consideration as ~ trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of
paying the cost of the ~mprovement and will apply the same first to the payment_ pf .the COst of. tf}.e ~mprovement before using any part of the
total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
