a certain realty subdivision map entitled, "Map of Point Pleasant" filed in the Office
of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on May 17, 1916 as Map No. 720;
RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning easterly and northeasterly along the
southerly line and the southeasterly line of "Home Pike" the following courses and
distances:
