in the Town of Southold, L.I., N.Y." surveyed on June 2~, 192~

Road (formerly Northwest Loop) where same is intersected by the
division line between lots 13 and 14 on said map which point of
beginning is distant 135.1B feet from a monument in the south-
westerly line of Haywaters Road as measured along a course bearing,
South 61 degrees 07 minutes 40 seconds West from said monument to
the point or place of BEGINNING.
THENCE South 61 degrees 46 minutes 50 seconds East along said
division line, 200.40 feet to a monument in the northwesterly
line of Lot 12 on said map;
THENCE South 37 degrees 18 minutes 10 seconds West along the
northwesterly line of said lot, 90 feet to a monument in the
southeast corner of lot 14;
