WITNF.~SETH. that the party of the first pan, in consideration of Ten Dollars and
other valuable cousiderafion paid by the party of the second pan, does hereby gmat
and release unto Ihe party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second pat1 forever, all of the party of the first part's interest in
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements
thereon erected, situate, lying and being at Southold. Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk. and State of New York, being more particularly bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the westerly side of
Griswold Street with the northerly side OF Terry Conrt:
RUNNING THENCE along the northerly side of Terry Court, North 71° 13' 50"
West 75.14 feet K~ the easterly side of land now or formerly of Bennett:
THENCE along said land, North 22° 15' 00' East 149.55 feet to the southerly side
of land now or formerly if Fisher;
THENCE along said land, South 67° 45' 00" East 75 feet to the westerly side of
Griswold Street: and
'I'HENCE along the westerly side of Griswold Street, South 22° 15' 00" West
144.99 feet to the northerly side OF Terry Court at the comer aforesaid and the point
or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with a right of way over said Griswold Stmel and said Terry Court
from Tucker Lane to the westerly comer of the premises.
BEING AND INTENDED 'FO BE the ~nm¢ promises conveyed Io the Grnntor by
Deed dated October 19, 1981 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
October 23. 1981 in Libor 9089 page 340, the Grantor being the same person
described as the Grantee in said Deed.
Together with all right, title and interest, if any. of the party of the first part itt and
to nny streets and roads nburdng the above-described premises to the center lines
thereof:
Together with the nppnrtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of thc first
patx in and to said premises;
To hevc and to hold the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part.
the heirs or successors attd assigns of the party of thc second part forever.
And the party of the first pan covenants that the party of the first part has not done
or suffered anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way
whatever, except as aforesaid.
And the party of thc first part. in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,
covenants that thc party of the first part will receive thc consideration for this
conveyance and wi)l hold the right to receive such. consideration ns a trust fund to
be applied first for the puqx~e of paying the cost of improvcment and will apply the
same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of
the to,al of the same for any other purpose. The word 'party" shall be conslrued as
if it read "pmlies' whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
In Witness Whereof, the party of the first part has duly executed this Deed the day
