paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

c6rner of the premises herein described and the southeasterly corner of land now
or formerly of Duymovic intersect same;
Running thence along the easterly side of land now or formerly of Duymovic, North
22 degrees 11 minutes 00 seconds East, 156 feet to land now or formerly of Bufkins;
Thence along said land now or formerly of Bufkins and land now or formerly of Bowman,
South 67 degrees 45 minutes 00 seconds East, 102 feet to land now or formerly of
Bennet;
Thence along said land now or formerly of Bennett, South 22 degrees 15 minutes 00
seconds West, 150 feet to the northerly side of Terry Court;
Thence along the northerly side of Terry Court, North 64 degrees 23 minutes 00
seconds West, 102 feet to the point or place of Beginning.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the.first part
by Deed dated 7/22/92 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on 7/31/92
in Liber 11512 page 84.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and fights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD
the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
