THENCE along said lands of Stokes North 60.degrees 31 minutes 20 seconds East 66.13 feet
to the other Innd orA. W. Stokes;
THENCE along said land South 29 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds East 241.61 feet to the
Northerly side of Main Road;
THENCE along the Northerly side of Main Road South 61 degrees 00 minutes West 65.70
feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING ami Intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part be deed
dated 10/I/99 and recorded on 10/20/99 in Liber 11995, Page 971.
TOGETHER with all fight, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any
streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurleoances and all the estate and fights of the party of the first part
in and to said premises,
TO 11,4 YEAND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the pan). ofthe second pan, the
heirs or successors and assigns of the pony of the second part forever.
AND the party oftbe first pan, covenants that the party of the first part has not done or
soffered anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except
as aforesaid.
.4ND the party ofthe first part, in complioncc with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants
that the patty of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the
right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying thc
cost of the improvement and will apply thc same first to the payment ofthe cost of the
improvement before using any part of the total of Ibc semc for any other purpose.
The word "pony" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this
indenture so requires.
