84.52 feet easterly from the extreme easterly end of the curve connecting
the southerly side of Ruth Road with the easterly side of Sunny Lane;
running thence North 770 26 ' East along the southerly side of Ruth Road
85.65 feet; thence South 120 34 ' East 118.87 feet; thence South 820 40 ' 50"
West 66. 97 feet; thence North 220 06 ' 40" West 114.33 feet to the southerly
side of Ruth Road at the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by deed dated November 20, 1996 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk' s Office on December 6, 1996 in Liber 11805 Page 114 .
