ELECTRICAL NOTES
1. All electrical work is to be completed.by a licensed electrician and is to comply with all National,
State & Local codes in addition to Underwriters standards as they apply. Electrical work must be
performed by mechanics skilled in their respective trade and shall present appearance-and function
typical of best trade practices. Work and/or materials not installed in this manner will be repaired or
replaced at no expense to the owner.
2. All work shown on the drawings is diagrammatic. Electrical Coh~ractor shall coordinat~ his work with
all other trades, Do not scale drawings for fixture or device locations. VGrify all fixture, outlet &
equipment locations with Architect and/or Owner pr[or to commencing work. Coordinate all work with
Architectural, Kitchen Cabinet and Vanity drawings as well as all Applianceand Equipment Iocatio0s,
3. Provide new underground electrical service of 300 amps minimum· Service to be moun;ted on "H"
frame, located as directed by Architect or Owner. Contractor to include all utilities in same trench
i,e. CATV, Telephone, Fiber optic line, etc,
4. Provide service entrance and power distribution equipment as required. A conductors shall be
copper. Main hrsaker panel with whole house surge pr~otsction devi~e is to. be !ocated in basement
with provision f,or future generator.
5· Provide service connection to power utility company transformer in acc°rdance with utility
, company requirements.
6. Required service equipment must be approved by the power utility company, pdor to release for
fabrication.
7. Electrical system is to provide adequate service and circuits for all imposed loads ~hd equipment
as required or directed by the Owner.

located in the basement for future garage and pool house as well as on the first floor adjacent to

with all National, State, County and Local codes or requirements.

installation and connection charges,
