This is to inform you that the site plan requirements have been satisfied conditional of the following two items: 1. All outdoor lighting shall be shielded so that the light source is not visible from adjacent properties and roadways. Lighting fixtures shall focus and direct the light in such a manner as to contain the light and glare within property boundaries. The lighting must meet the Town Code requirements. 2. All signs shall meet Southold Town Zoning Codes and shall be subject to approval of the Southold Town Building Inspector. The project has been compared to the bulk and dimensional requirements of the zoning district and is found to be in conformance with these requirements. Correspondence has been received from the Suffolk County Department of Health Services, that based on the SCDHS standards, the proposal to install an Automated Teller Machine at the existing bank building shall not require a health services permit. Therefore, it is assumed there will be no positive environmental impact from this project. Correspondence has not been received from the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation in the allotted time.
