Adoption of Meeting Minutes:

Acceptance of meeting minutes from October 28, 2008
MOTION made by John Sepenoski, seconded by Ray Huntington, to adopt the October 28, 2008
meeting minutes with typo corrected.

PDR land – request for agricultural storage building
A use review request was submitted to LPC for the construction of a 72’ x 138’ Morton Style building
to be located in the southeast quadrant of the property for storage of equipment used in the vineyard,
light maintenance of such equipment, and temporary storage of bare root plants. No parking, office
use or other uses were proposed, or reviewed by the Committee.
MOTION made by Ray Huntington, seconded by Monica Harbes, to approve the building for the
storage of equipment used in the vineyard, light maintenance of such equipment, and temporary
storage of bare root plants and the placement of said building as indicated on survey last dated
11/3/08, subject to applicable Town Code requirements, as approved and permitted by other Town
Departments or other agencies.

PDR land – request for agricultural storage building
A use review request was submitted to LPC for the construction of a 4800 sq ft Morton Style building
to be located on the southerly side of the property as submitted with request letter dated 11/14/08,
and to be used for storage of equipment used on the farm. No parking, office use or other uses were
proposed, or reviewed by the Committee.
LPC members discussed location of the ag building and directed Melissa Spiro to contact landowners
and suggest rotating building 90° (gabled end facing Oregon Road) and possibly relocating easterly to
allow for scenic vista.

LAND PRESERVATION FUNDING
Ray Huntington distributed data he compiled with the assistance of John Cushman (Town
Comptroller) and Melissa Spiro, referencing a report presented in 2004 by a committee formed to
“project CPF Funding thru 2025” and presented his report on Land Preservation Funding.
