adopted by the Southold Town Board during 2008:

No further highways are expected to be accepted by the Town Board for dedication

SUBJECT: NYS DOT [2008] ANNUAL REPORT OF
LOCAL HIGHWAY MILEAGE
In reference to the above, please advise as soon as possible as to
which roads were or will be dedicated to the Town before the end of
2008, together with the respective road dedication resolution(s) on
which the Southold Town seal has been affixed.
Please also furnish a listing of any known road additions or road
name changes which may have occurred in 2008.
This information is needed as soon as possible,

RESOLUTION 2008-173
ADOPTED

THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION NO. 2008-173 WAS
ADOPTED AT THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE SOUTHOLD TOWN BOARD ON
FEBRUARY 12, 2008:
WHEREAS, Mydon Resorts, Inc. has made application to the Town Board of the Town of
Southold to dedicate certain roads in Greenport, New York, to be known as "part of QUEEN
STREET", as shown on the site plan entitled "Eastern Long Island Kampground", approved by
the Southold Town Planning Board by resolution adopted on September 11, 2006, together with
the release executed by the owner thereof; and
WHEREAS, the Southold Town Superintendent of Highways has inspected the said highways
and has advised the Town Board that said proposed highways comply in all respects with the
specifications for the dedication of highways in the Town of Southold; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that in accordance with Section 171 of the Highway Law of the State of New
York, consent be~ and the same hereby is~ given to the Superintendent of Highways to make
an order laying out the aforesaid highways~ to consist of lands described in said application
as shown on certain maps attached to said application: and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Clerk bev and she hereby is~ authorized and
directed to forthwith cause the dedication~ release~ and deed to be recorded in the Office of
the Clerk of the County of Suffolk~ New York.

Town Board of the Town of Southold to dedicate certain roads in Mattituck, New York, to be
known as "COTTAGE WAY", "RECHARGE BASIN", and "PEDESTRIAN AND
EMERGENCY ACCESS", as shown on the map entitled "Map of Cottages at Mattituck" filed in
the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suflblk on January 30, 2007 as Map No. 11491, together
with the release executed by the owner thereof; and
WHEREAS, the Southold Town Superintendent of Highways has inspected the said highways
and has advised the Town Board that said proposed highways comply in all respects with the
specifications for the dedication of highways in the Town of Southold; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED that in accordance with Section 171 of the Highway Law of the State of New
York, consent be, and the same hereby is, given to the Superintendent of Highways to make
an order laying out the aforesaid highways~ to consist of lands described in said application

highways and has advised the Town Board that said proposed highways comply in all respects
with the specifications for the dedication of highways in the Town of Southold; now, therefore,
be it

December 27, 2001 as Map No. 14470, together with the release executed by the owners thereof;
and
WHEREAS, the Southold Town Superintendent of Highways has inspected the said highways
and has advised the Town Board that said proposed drainage areas comply in all respects with
the specifications for the dedication of highways in the Town of Southold; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED that in accordance with Section 171 of the Highway Law of the State of New
York, consent be, and the same hereby is, given to the Superintendent of Highways to make an
order laying out the aforesaid highways, to consist of lands described in said application as
shown on certain maps attached to said application; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED that the Town Clerk be, and she hereby is, authorized and directed to
