Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the division line between land of the party of the first
part and land of the party of the second part which point is 45 feet southerly along
said division line from the southerly line of Main Road; running thence along said
division line South 29 degrees 23 minutes 30 seconds East 55 feet to the southeast-
erly corner of land of the party of the first part; running thence South 60 degrees 00
minutes West 15. 0 feet to a right of way; running thence in a northerly direction
along said right of way North 29 degrees 23 minutes 20 seconds West 55 feet; run-
ning thence in a .northeasterly direction a distance of 15 feet, more or less, to the
point or place of beginning. Being and intended to be thesoutherly55 feet of the
