lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a pOint on the westerly side of Mechanic Street distant 149.60 feet
southerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of
Main Road with the westerly side of Mechanic Street;
RUNNING THENCE along the westerly side of Mechanic Street, South 26 degrees 18
minutes 30 seconds East 53.00 feet to the land of William B. Smith;
THISNCE South 62 degrees 22 minutes 30 seconds West along land of william B.
Smith 141.46 feet to land of M.E. Church;
TH~I~CE along land of United C~urch, North 34 degrees 13 minutes 10 seconds West
55.00 feet and still along the United Church, North 63 degrees 00 minutes 50
seconds East 149.00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTI~DED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantor herein by
deed dated March 18, 1994 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
March 24, 1994 in Liber 11669 page 913.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streots and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER wkh the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.

the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
