Suffolk, and State of New York, being known and designated as and by Lot No. 11 on a certain map entitled,
"Map of Shorecrest", and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on April 6, 1971 as Map No. 5584, and
being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly side of Bayberry Lane at the intersection of the division line
between Lots 11 and 12 as shown on said map said point also being distant 811.08 feet southeasterly as
measured along the southwesterly side of Bayberry Lane from the corner formed by the intersection the
