South 56 degrees 45 minutes 20 seconds East. 181.60 feet; 2. South 14 degrees 58 minutes Enst, 9.82 feet to the northeasterly side ora private road: THENCE along the northwesterly side of said private road the following two courses nnd distances: I..South 67 degrccs 14 minutes West, 94.32 feet; 2. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed from Dimitrios Giannas dated 5/22/2002, and recorded 6/17/2002, in the Office of the' Suffolk County Clerk in Liher 12192. AND the party of the fimt part, in complience with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the paffy of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for thc puspose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any pa~ of the total of the same for any other purpose.
