Lee Dennison Building, 10th Floor, 100 Veterans Memorial Highway, Hauppauge, New York 11788, party of the first part, and C & L REALTY, INC., duly organized and validly existing under the laws of the State of New York, having an office at Port of Egypt, Southold, New York 11971, party of the second part, WITNESSETH that the party of the first part, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) lawful money of the United States and other good and valuable consideration, paid by the party of the second part, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, all the land and improvements described in Schedule A attached hereto.
