WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration ofTen Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying
and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, as shown
and designated on a certain map entitled "Map of Greenport Shores, Section One,
Greenport, Town of Southold, New York" and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of the County of Suffolk on June 29, 1950 as Map No. 1759 as and by Lot
Numbered 13 and the northerly half of Lot Numbered 14, bounded and described as
follows:
SEE SCHEDULE A MADE A PART HEREOF AND ATTACHED HERETO
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part
by deed dated 11/3/98 and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on 3/10/999 in Liber 11950 at page 306.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and fights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD
the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND the party of the'first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same
first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
purpose.
The word "party".shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

DESCRIPTION
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements
thereon erected, situate, lying and being in Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, as shown and designated on a certain map entitled "Map of Greenport
Shores, Section One, Greenport, Town of Southold, New York" and filed in the Office of
the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June 29, 1950 as Map No. 1759 as and by Lot
Numbered 13 and the northerly half of Lot Numbered 14, bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Shore Drive said point being a distance of
1084.28 feet measured along the easterly and southeasterly side of Shore Drive in a
southwesterly and southerly direction from Silvermere Road, said point also being where
the division line of lots 12 and 13 intersect the easterly side of Shore Drive;
RUNNING THENCE south 83 degrees 40' 40" east a distance of 125.00 feet;
RUNNING THENCE south 6 degrees 19' 20" west 75 feet to a point;
RUNNING THENCE north 83 degrees 40' 40" west 125.00 feet to a point on the easterly
side of Shore Drive;
RUNNING THENCE north 6 degrees 19' 20"east along said Shore Drive 75.00 feet to
the point or place of BEGINNING.
