thc United States, paid by the party of thc second part, docs hereby grant and release unto thc party of
the second part, thc heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being in Southold, Thc Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
bounded and described as follows:
SEE Schedule A annexed hereto and intended to form ,a part hereof.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE thc same premises as thc premises described in thc dccd to thc
Grantor herein dated 12/20/00 and recorded 02/14/01 in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk
in Libcr 12102 page 449.
SAID premises being known as Sec. 058.00, Blk. 02.00; Lot(s) 007.000 on the Suffolk County Land and
Tax Map.
SAID premises being also known as and by thc street address 1670 Lccton Drive, Southold, NY.
THE Grantor herein is the same person named as one of thc Grantees in dccd dated 12/20/00 and
recorded 02~14/01 in the Office of thc Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Libcr 12102 page 449.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of thc first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting thc above described premises to the center lines thereof,
