W1TNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration ofTen ($10.00) dollars, lawful money of
the United States, paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of
the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being in Southold, The Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
bounded and described as follows:
SEE Schedule A annexed hereto and intended to form ~ part hereof.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as the premises described in the deed to the
Grantor herein dated 12/20/00 and recorded 02/14/01 in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk
in Liber 12102 page 449.
SAID premises being known as Sec. 058.00, Blk. 02.00; Lot(s) 007.000 on the Suffolk County Land and
Tax Map.
SAID premises being also known as and by the street address 1670 Leeton Drive, Southold, NY.
THE Grantgr herein is the same person named as one of the Grantees in deed dated 12/20/00 and
recorded 02/14/01 in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 12102 pagc 449.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to
said premises,

All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings
and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in
Southold, Town of South01d, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Westerly side of Kenneys Road
where the Northerly side of Leeton Drive intersects the same,
thence running South 45 degrees 35' 30" West along the said
Northerly side of Leeton Drive 1650 feet to the point or place of
BEGINNING of the premises hereby described: BEGINNING at said last
mentioned point, thence running south 45 degrees 35' 30" West along
the Northerly side of Leeton Drive, 150 feet to land now or
formerly of DeRosa; running thence in a qeneral Northerly direction
