THIS INDENTURE, made as of March /~---, 2001 between CONSTANTINE P.'
GEORGIOPOULOS and HARRIET GEORGIOPOULOS, of the one part, each residing at 156
Read Avenue, Crestwood, New York 10707, (herein collectively the "Grantors"), and MARIA H.
PILE (formerly known as MARIA H. GEORGIOPOULOS), presently residing at 105
Pennsylvania Avenue, Crestwood, New York 10707 (herein the"Grantee"):
WHEREAS, pursuant to a deed dated December 28, 1989 executed by the Grantors in favor of the
Grantee then known as Maria H. Georgiopoulos, recorded by the Suffolk County Clerk on June.27,
199 lin Liber 11289 at Page 148 (herein the "1989 Deed"),the Grantors conveyed unto the Grantee
all of the Grantors' right, title and interest in and to Twenty percent (20%) of the whole of the
premises described hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to a deed dated December 31, 1990 executed by the Grantors in favor of the
Grantee then known as Mafia H. Georgiopoulos, recorded by the Suffolk County Clerk on June 27,
1991in Liber 11289 at Page 150 (herein the "1990 Deed"), the Grantors conveyed unto the Grantee
all of the Grantors' right, title and interest in and to Twenty-eight percent (28%) of the whole of the
pr6mises described hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to a deed dated June 24, 1991, executed by the Grantors in favor of the
Grantee then known as Maria H. Georgiopoulos, recorded by the Suffolk County Clerk on June 27,
1991 in Liber 11289 at Page 152 (herein the "1991 Deed"), the Grantors conveyed unto the Grantee
ail of the Grantors' right, title and interest in and to Twenty-eight percent (28%) of the whole of the
premises described hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, on December 12, 1998 in the County of Westchester, State of New York MARIA H.
GEORGIOPOULOS changed her name to MARIA H. PILE by virtue of her marriage to JOHN
McDONALD PILE therefore MARIA H. GEORGIOPOULOS and MARIA H. PILE is one and the
same person and she is the same person identified as the Grantee in each of the 1989 Deed, the
1990 Deed and the 1991 Deed (herein each a "Recorded Deed" and collectively the "Recorded
Deeds")
WITNESSETH, that the Grantor, in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other vaiuable
consideration paid by the Grantee, does hereby grant and release unto the Grantee ail of the Grantors'
right, title and in~eres~t i_n and to Twenty-four percent (24%) percent of the whole of the premises
hereinafter described, and to the~irs or success6-r~ an~ns ot tke (Jrantee, forever,
ALL THAT CERTAIN plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being
in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York and identi-
fied as Lot Number 2 on a certain "Subdivision Map made for Constantine
P. Georgiopoulos at Southold, Town of Southold, N. Y." filed in the Office
of the County Clerk of Suffolk County on January 29, 1985 at 2:35 P. M.,
under File Number 7844, and further identified on the Suffolk County Tax
Map as No. 59-1-21.2 ( District 1000, Section 59, Block 1, Lot 21.2).
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the Grantor in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER WITH THE
APPURTENANCES AND ALL THE ESTATE AND RIGHTS OF THE Grantor in and to said
premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the Grantee, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the Grantee forever.
AND the Grantor, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the Grantor will
receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will
apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total
of the same for any other purpose.
AND the Grantor covenants as follows: that the Grantor is seized of the said premises in fee simple
