THIS INDENTURE, made as of September 19, 1993, between CONSTAN-
TINE P. GEORGIOPOULOS and HARRIET GEORGIOPOULOS, of the one part,
U each residing at 156 Read Avenue, Crestwood, New York 10707,
(herein collectively the "Grantors") , and PETER C. GEORGIOPOULOS,
residing at 156 Read Avenue, Crestwood, New York 10707, (herein
the "Grantee") ,
WITNESSETH, that the Grantors, in consideration of Ten Dollars
($10.00) and other valuable consideration paid by the Grantee,
does hereby grant and release unto the Grantee all of the Gran-
tors' right, title and interest in and to Thirt Two ercent
(32%1 percent of the whole of the premises ereina er escr ed,

it eirs or successors and. assigns of the Grantee, forever,
ALL THAT CERTAIN plot, piece or parcel of land, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suf-
folk, State of New York and identified as Lot Number 4
on a certain "Subdivision Map made for Constantine P.
Georgiopoulos at Southold, Town of Southold, N. Y. "
filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk
County on January 29, 1985 at 2 : 35 P. M. , under File
Number 7844 , and further identified on the Suffolk
County Tax Map as No. 59-1-21.4 (District 1000, Section
59, Block 1, Lot 21.4) .
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the Gran-
for in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described
premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER WITH THE APPURTE-
NANCES AND ALL THE ESTATE AND RIGHTS OF THE Grantors in and to
said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted
unto the Grantee, the heirs or successors and assigns of the
Grantee forever.
AND the Grantors, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,
covenant that the Grantors will receive the consideration for
this conveyance and will hold ,the right to receive such consider-
ation as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of pay-
ing the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to
the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part
of the total of the same for any other purpose.
AND the Grantors covenant as follows: that the Grantors is seized
of the said premises in fee simple and has good right to convey
the same; that the Grantee shall quietly enjoy the said premises;
that the said premises are free from encumbrances; that the Gran-
tor will execute or procure any further necessary assurance of
the title to said premises; and that said Grantors will forever
warrant the title to said premises.
