PRICE, JR. , residing at 2074 Bourbon Lane, Southold, New York, 11971 party of the first part, and CHARLOTTE A. PRICE, residing at 2074 Bourbon Lane, ",outhold, New York, 11971 party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second Dart,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being4jy4likx at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of a certain 15 foot right of way at the southerly or southeasterly corner of the premises herein described and the westerly side of land of Wheeler; running thence north 42 degrees 18 minutes 50 seconds west across said right of way and along the northerly side of land now or formerly of Strong a distance of 127.06 feet to land now or formerly of Pondero; running thence along said land of Pondero North 47 degrees 41 minutes 10 seconds east, a distance of 200.00 feet, more or less to a point marked by a monument and land now or formerly of Conway; running thence along land of said Conway south 42 degrees 18 minutes 50 seconds east 125.34 feet to a point marked by a monument and land now or formerly of Wheeler; running thence along said land now or formerly of Wheeler south 47 degrees 11 minutes 50 seconds west, a distance of 200.02 feet more or less to the point or place of beginning. TOGETHER with the right to the use of a right of way (in common with others) 15 feet in width for ingress and egress to and from the premises above described and to and from Kenney's Road, the easterly side of said right of way running from the southerly or southeasterly corner of the premises above described South 47 degrees 11 minutes 50 seconds West, a distance of 200.0 feet more or less to the point or place of BEGINNING. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed to the party of the first party by deed dated December 11, 1979 which deed was recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on DEcember 21 , 1979 in Liber 8750 at page 18. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the TAX MAP premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the DESIGNATION second part forever.
