Suffolk County Clerk on 09/13/88 as Map No. 8612, bounded and desuribed as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly side of Kenny's Road, distant 1241.14 feet Northerly from the
comer formed by the intersection of the .Easterly side of Kenny's Road with the Northerly side of County
Road No. 48;
RUNNING THENCE North 41 degrees 57 minutes 50 seconds West along thc Easterly side of Kenny's
Road, 175 feel;
RUNNING THENCE North 48 delp:es 02 minutes 10 seconds East, 457.14 feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 41 degr~s 57 minutes 50 seconds East, 175 feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 48 degrees 02 minutes 10 seconds West, 457.14 feet to the F. astcrly side o£
Kenny's Road, the point or ptace of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets
and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and tights of the party of thc first p~t in and to
said premises,'
TO HA VE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and ~igns of the party of the ~cond part forever.

patty of the first past will receive the i:onsideralion for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive
such consideration as a tn~st fund to be applied first for the purpose ofpaying thc cost of thc improvement
and will apply thc same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any pal of the
total of the same for any other propose.
