No building other than a one Ib, mily dwelling with garage(s) shall be erected on
any one lot. Each dwelling must have a two car attached garage, and that any
garage must conform in exterior architectural design with the dwelling. Premises
Ibr Lot #4 shall be a two story house having a total minimum living area of 2,4(~,
square feet.
A one story dwelling erected shall have a first Iloor area ofnot less than 1500
square t~t and a two story dwelling shall have a firsl t'k~r area ofnol less than
1200 square feet, not including porches or garages.
