Resolution Number 1081-20~1 adopted by the Suffolk County
Legislature on November 20,2001 and, thereafter, approved by
the County Executive on November 26,2001, in consideration of
ten dollars paid by the party of the second part, does hereby
remise, release, and quitclaim unto the party of the second
part, the heirs or successors and assl~ns of the party of the
second part forever,

3,1992, from General L. Rains, the Deputy County Treasurer of
Suffolk County, New York and recorded on March 10,1992, in
Liber 11432, CP 88, and otherwise known as and by Town of
Southold, Map of Long Pond Estates Map No. 8037, Sec 1, Lot
002.015,designated as Park end Recreation area, filed in the
Office of theClerk of Suffolk County on December 27,1985 ,

buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and
being in the Town of Sou~hold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, described on the Tax Map of the Suffolk County Real
Property Tax Service Agency as District 1000, Section 056.00,
Block 01.00, Lot 002.034, and acquired by Tax Deed on June
1,1994, from John C. Cochrane, the County Treasurer of Suffolk
County, New York and recorded on June 14,1994, in Liber 11681,
CP 42, and otherwise known as and by Town of Southold, Long
Pond Estates Map No. 9031, Sec 2, known as Pond Ave., filed in
the Office of th~ Clerk of Suffolk County on November 29,1990,

buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and
being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, described on the Tax Map of the Suffolk County Real
Property Tax Service A~ency as District 1000, Section 059.000,
Block 04.00, Lot 005.009, and acquired by Tax Deed on February
19,1988, from Jean H. Tuthill. the County Treasurer of Suffolk
County, New York and recorded on February 19,1988, in Liber
10544, CP 113, and otherwise known as and by Town of Southold,
Greenfields at Southold Map No. 6313, Lot 5.9, Park & Drainage
area,
PaOVZDED, · however, that the Town of Southold will be
restricted in its use of the subject premises and will use said
premises solely and exclusively for municipal purposes; with all
right title and interest reverting to the party of t.he first part
in the event that the Town of Southold, at any time, uses or
attempts to uge said subject premises for other than municipal
purposes or attempts to sell, transfer or otherwise dispose of
said subject premises without said premises being used ~hereafter
for municipal purposes. This covenant and restriction will run
with the land and shall bind the heirs or successors and assigns
of the party of the second part,
TOQETNE~ with all right, title and interest, if any, of the
party of the first part of, in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above-described premises to the center lines
thereof;
TOGETW~ with the appurtenances and al! the estate and
rights of the. party of the first part in and to said premises;
TO HAVE A~D TO ~OLD the premises herein granted unto the
party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns
of the party of the second part forever.
Bu~T~CT to all covenants, restrictions and easements of
record, if any.
~u~'~CT to the condition that neither Grantee nor any
Municipality shall bill or charge beck to Grantor any cost
incurred or projected to be incurred for the cleaning up of any
debris on said property. In the event that such charge back or
bill is rendered to the Grantor this Deed ~hall be void ab initio
and the replty shall revert to the Grantor.
AND the party of the first party, in compliance with Section
13 of the Lien Law, hereby covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance
and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the
cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the
payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of
the total of the same for any other purpcse.
T~E WO~D "PA~TY" shall be construed as if it read 'parties"
whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
