dislonce of 75 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BF_.ING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
deed from Rosina B. Cunningham, dated 1/14/04 and recorded 3/3/04, in the Office of the
Suffolk County Clerk in Liber 12304, Page 829.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any
streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER
with the appurtenances and MI the estate and tights of the party of the first pan in and to said
premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein fi, rantnd unto the patzy of the second
pan, the heirs or successon and assigns of the party of the second pan forever.
AND the party of the first pan covenants that the ~ of the first pan has not done or suffered
anything whereby the said promises have been encumhemt in any way whatever, except as
aforesaid.
AND the patty of the fl~t pan, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that
