The following covenant shall be incorporated into the deed and shall be incorporated into
all future deeds affecting this parcel:
"Regulated freshwater wetlands associated with NYSSDEC Wetland SO-5 are
located on or near the properties of James Gray and his heirs assigns or successors. This
property is subject to the provisions of Environmental conversation Law(ECL) Article
24, and the conduct of regulated activities may occur only pursuant to ECL Article 24
Conservation (NYSDEC) or its successor(s). Regulated activities include, but are not
limited to clearing of vegetation: application of chemicals: excavation; grading and filing
and erection of any structure(s)".
