being more particularly bounded and described as Ibllows:
BEGINNING at a monument in the northwesterly corner of the premises herein described on the
northwesterly side of a 30 foot right of way; said monument being distant the following 5 courses and
distances from the comer formed by the intersection of the easterly side of Bay Home Road with the
southerly side of Main Street when measured along the easterly side of Bay Home Road and the
southeasterly side of said 30 foot right of way:
