WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY-FIVE THOUSAND
AND 00/100-($535,000.00)~dollars, and other good and valuable consideration paid by the party of the second
part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever,

Southold, said point being the Northeast corner of the premises described herein;
RUNNING THENCE along the Westerly side of Bay Home Road, South 37 degrees 16 minutes 00 seconds
East, 728.89 feet to a monument at the Northeast corner of land of Rb Baiz;
THENCE along land of R.L. Baiz, South 52 degrees 44 minutes 00 seconds West, 192.00 feet to a monument;
THENCE continuing along said land of Baiz and running along the land of Mary L. Baiz, South 37 degrees 16
minutes 00 seconds East 309.00 feet to a monument at the Southwest corner of land of Mary L. Baiz;
THENCE continuing along the said land of Mary L. Baiz, North 52 degrees 44 minutes 00 seconds East 82.00
feet to a monument and a point in the Southerly line of the said land of Mary L. Baiz, being the Northwest
corner of land formerly of Mary b Baiz and John Baiz;
THENCE continuing along said iand formerly of Mary L. Baiz and John Baiz, South 37 degrees 16 minutes 00
seconds East, 440.00 feet, more or less, to the ordinary high water mark of Southold Bay;
THENCE along the ordinary high water mark of Southold Bay, Southwesterly 470.00 feet, more or less, to a
point in the said ordinary high water mark of Southold Bay, said point being the Southeast corner of the land
now or formerly of Lewis;
THENCE running along the said land now or formerly of Lewis, North 44 degrees 11 minutes 00 seconds
1640.00 feet, more or less, to a point in the Southerly side of Main Road, said point being the Northeast corner
to the said land now or formerly of Lewis;
THENCE running along the Southerly side of Main Road, North 57 degrees 10 minutes 50 seconds East,
581.61 feet to a monument in the said side of Main Road, said point being an angle point in the side of Main
Road;
THENCE continuing along the Southerly side of Main Road, North 58 degrees 03 minutes 10 seconds East,

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the §ame premises acqflired by the party of the first part ~
TOGETHER with aid'right, title and Intere~, if any, of the 15arty of the first part in and to any sffeets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same
first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" when ever the sense of this indenture so
requires.
