BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of'Main Road (Route 25), where the same is
intersected by the division line between Lots 25 and 26 on the above descn'bed map;
RUNNING THENCE North 20 degrees 55 minutes 40 seconds West aiong said'division

The Grantor herein, W'flliam J. Gernghty hu been acting as the nominee of the Grantee,
Vincent P. Gernghty in the ownership of the subject premises and is conveying the
premises to Vincent P. Gernghty, without consideration, to place both the legal ~nd
equitable ownership of the premises in the said Vincent P. C~y.
