that certain tract , piece or parcel of land, baing a part of the
farm-formerly owned by John Hallock, situate , lying and being at Laurel,
formerly Franklinville in the Tdwn of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, and bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Peconic Bay Boulevard
where the same is intersected by the westerly boundary line of land con-
veyed to Charles E. Hallock, by deed recorded in the Suffolk County Clerks
office in Liber 819 of deeds at Page 92, and running thence southwesterly
along said Boulevard, one hundred feet to a point which is distant four
hundred and forty two feet northeasterly measured along the line of said
peconic Bay Boulevard from a stone monument marking the division line
between the lands of Thomas H. Harper and Charles F. Lewis , running thence
southeasterly, parallel with the division line between the lands hereby
donveyed and the lands conveyed to said Charles E. liallock, to Peconic
Bay; thence northeasterly along said Bay, one hundred feet more or less
to the westerly boundary line of said land conveyed to Charles E. Hallock ;
and thence northerly along said boundary line , to Peconic Bay Boulevard:
