Southold, Suffolk County, New York, described as Lot No. 377 on "Map of Section D, Nassau Point Club
Properties, Inc., situate on Nassau Point, Suffolk County, New York", surveyed by Otto W. Van Tuyl,
Licensed Surveyor of Greenport, New York, and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk,
New York, on May 7, 1926; as Map No. 806 said lots being more particularly bounded and described as
