CALEY, residing at 117 Riveredge Drive, Moore, South Carolina 29369 party of the second part, WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the northerly line of the Main Road at the southeasterly corner of land formerly of Carlis Caley and Howard Caley and the southwesterly corner of land of the Robert Lang Estate, said pipe being about 35 feet westerly along said northerly line from the point where said northerly line would be intersected by the extension northerly of the westerly line of Bay Home Road; from said point of beginning RUNNING along said northerly line of the Main Road, South 58° 02' 10" West 60.0 feet to an iron pipe, said pipe being 90 feet easterly along said northerly line from the southwesterly corner of said land formerly of Carlis Caley and Howard Caley DISTRICT THENCE along said land of the party of the first part, two courses as 1000 follows: 1.) North 23° 49' 50" West 125.0 feet to an iron pipe; THENCE _ SECTION 2.) North 58° 02' 10" East 60.0 feet to an iron pipe and said land of Robert Lang ®56.00 Estate; THENCE along said land of Robert Lang Estate, South 23° 49' 50" East 125.0 BLOCK feet to the point of BEGINING. 03.00 BEING and intended to be the same premises of which Lucille Caley Dawson LOT dseized and possessed, and in which the testator granted the party of the first 011.000 part a life interest. This deed is intended to grant and release to the parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns all the estate, right, title and interest of the party of the first part in said premises.
