paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Emory Road distant
250 .0 feet westerly from the corner formed by the southerly side of Emory
Road with the westerly side of Little Neck Road said point of beginning is
also where the division line of Lots 16 and 15 on said map intersects the
southerly side of Emory Road; running thence from said point of beginning
along Lot 16 South 100 461 1011 East 200 .00 feet to Lot 21 on said map;
thence along Lot 21 South 790 131 5011 West 100. 00 feet to Lot 14 on
said map; thence along Lot 14 North 10o 461 1011 West 200. 00 feet to the
southerly side of Emory Road; thence along the southerly side of Emory Road
North 790 131 5011 East 100 . 00 feet to Lot 16 to the point and place of
BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by deed dated July 31, 1995 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk' s Office on September 12, 1995 in Liber 11741 Page 213 .

The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
