WlTNESSETH that the party of the first part, in consideration ofTen Dollars and other good and valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second
part, their heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on 11/29/90 as map No. 9031, said lot being more
particularly bounded and described as follows:

BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Laurel Avenue distant the following (2) courses and distances
from the extreme northerly end of the are of a curve connecting the northerly side of Pond Avenue and the
easterly side of Laurel Avenue:
1) North 13 degrees 24 minutes 50 seconds West 100.35 feet;
2) North 14 degrees 51 minutes 30 seconds West 124.25 feet to the tree point or place of BEGINNING..
RUNNING THENCE along the easterly side of Laurel Avenue, North 14 degrees 51 minutes 30 seconds West
247.90 feet;
RUNNING THENCE North 75 degrees 38 minutes 50 seconds East 268.08 feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 14 degrees 21 minutes 10 seconds East 247.89 feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 75 degrees 38 minutes 59 seconds West 265.90 feet to the easterly side of Lanrel
Avenue, the point or place of BEGINNING.
BeLng and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated 11 / 11/92 and
recorded on 12/7/92 at Liber 11585, page 63
Said Premises also known by the street address of 2080 Laurel Avenue, Southold, New York 11971
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and road
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises heroin granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND the party of the flint part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the fight to receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same
first to the payment of the cost of improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
