BEGINNING at a point on the Southerly side of Blue Marlin Drive at the point of
intersection with the division line between Lot 8 and 9 as laid on said map from
said point of beginning
RUNNING THENCE North 74 degrees 15 minutes 20 seconds East along said Southerly
side of Blue Marlin Drive 100 feet;
THENCE South 13 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds East along the division line
between Lots 9 and 10 as laid out On said map 242 feet plus or minus, to a point
in the ordinary highwater mark of Peconic Bay, as the same is shown on aforesaid
map;
THENCE Westerly along said ordinary highwater mark of Peconic Bay a distance of
100 feet to the Southerly terminus of the division line between said Lots 8 and
9;
THENCE North 13 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds West along said last mentioned

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered attything whereby the said

AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenanls that the party of the first part will
receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fuad to be applied
first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cosl of the
improvemeat before using any part of the total of the sanre for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
